Fear and Love are the only two emotions of which we’re capable. Yet of these, only Love is real. All suffering (physical and emotional), regardless of form, arises from our belief in the illusion of fear. Suffering and conflict have one purpose only, and that is to conceal Love; which is Who we are.
When we believe in suffering or conflict, we use them as defenses against the Truth—the Love that remains concealed beneath our chosen illusion.
Forgiveness restores that which suffering and conflict were meant to hide from our awareness. As we courageously forgive by looking past the ego’s fearful appearances with Spirit, we call Love out of hiding. When we decide to answer every “call for Love” with Love, then Love will be all that we know and experience. Now…we have denied the ego’s power to conceal Love, to hide our Holy and invulnerable Self, which was its only purpose.

This gives me hope. To better understand what underlies the fear is.real love, it has been a process to undo the many faces or mask I had been wearing. The more authentic and real I get. I realize it takes real power to gain the real world, but it also takes me to get real with the holy spirits thought system and have no secrets.. No hidden hates and no hidden secrets, Jesus is pretty clear in asking us to hide nothing from him. Howvever I must stop hiding from myself. The wrong mind had deluded and deceived me for a long time, until my relationship with spirit had to become number uno. I can empower myself by choosing spirit, or I can default and disempower myself by choosing ego. It is just a matter of who will I be a cooperative partner with, ego or Holy Spirit. I have been in many disempowering relationships and they were not healthy for me , I had realized they were toxic. Being a cooperative partner with ego is a verry toxic shamed based relationship
One that includeds much self abuse and most of us don’t see it at all.
