The most fiercely defended belief in the ego thought system is this: that DEATH is the natural, legitimate and inevitable outcome of all life.
To the ego, this belief is non-negotiable.
The ego’s existence depends on its belief that death ENDS life. Why? Because while we remain convinced that life always leads to death, we will unconsciously “fear God.” While we believe that death is the inevitable outcome of life, unconsciously we will believe that death COMES FROM God. And we will be forever attracted to death as an escape from awakening to the magnitude of our shared power in God.
Remember here that God is all-encompassing Love and joy…without opposite. This eternal Love is Life without opposite. It is WHO we are. There is no death in God. God doesn’t even KNOW about death because death is impossible. The ego tricks us by tempting us to believe that “we go home through death.” Yet Life is the here and now portal to God as our Holy Self. Death is not.
As Jesus tells: “All forms of sickness, even unto death, are physical expressions of the fear of awakening. They are attempts to reinforce sleeping out of fear of waking. This is a pathetic way of trying not to see by rendering the faculties for seeing ineffectual. “Rest in peace” is a blessing for the living, not the dead, because rest comes from waking, not from sleeping.” ACIM, T-8.IX.3:2-5
Every spike of fear and every form of suffering arises from our deeply defended, yet hidden belief that we are guilty. Unknowingly, we are terrified that someone or something (the ego’s projection of its “god”) is out to annihilate us. As a result, we spend lifetimes madly defending ourselves from the inevitability of death. But death is not the ego’s enemy. Life and guiltlessness are.
I just cannot resist the following passages from Jesus. He speaks about death:
“This is the darkest veil, upheld by the belief in death and protected by its attraction. The dedication to death and to its sovereignty is but the solemn vow, the promise made in secret to the ego never to lift this veil, not to approach it, nor even to suspect that it is there. This is the secret bargain made with the ego to keep what lies beyond the veil forever blotted out and unremembered. Here is your promise never to allow union to call you out of separation; the great amnesia in which the memory of God seems quite forgotten; the cleavage of your Self from you;–THE FEAR OF GOD, the final step in your dissociation.”
“See how the belief in death would seem to “save” you. For if this were gone, what could you fear but life? It is the attraction of death that makes life seem to be ugly, cruel and tyrannical. You are no more afraid of death than of the ego. These are your chosen friends. For in your secret alliance with them you have agreed never to let the fear of God be lifted, so you could look upon the face of Christ and join Him in His Father.” T-19.IV.D.4,5
Jesus speaks to us literally:
“You have surely begun to realize that this is a very practical course, and one that means exactly what it says. I would not ask you to do things you cannot do, and it is impossible that I could do things you cannot do. Given this, and given this quite literally, nothing can prevent you from doing exactly what I ask, and everything argues FOR your doing it. I give you no limits because God lays none upon you.” T-8.IX.8:1-4

I do not say anything against the ideas expressed here. All I am saying is – how sad we never hear from those who actualized this teaching. And i mean all the way. Why do I not ever hear anything to the point from the awaken ones? Just from the aspirants? Are they not interested in sharing the experiences they had or are they all already beyond the pale? To hear from them would be extremely inspirational.
Hi Victor, yes…it is sad that no-one that I know of since Jesus 2000 years ago, has truly overcome death and the ego’s laws. I am devoted to demonstrate the power of the miracle.

I replied to your article, Jesus Deeper Teachings Part Three, and i said it was brave and outstanding, well the same applies to the above article, it is TRUTH REFLECTED PERFECTLY.
i FIND THIS WORLD TOTALLY MEANINGLESS, i have no Goal within it, My Only Goal is Me Christ to Awaken from this dream, and i use the tools that were given to the MIND, every goal projected in to this world i gave to HS,INCLUDING BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BEING A TEACHER OF A COURSE IN MIRACLES, all of these addictions/attachments just fell away, Now for me Forgiveness is automatic, vigilance, choice, effort are no longer required.
You are the first Brother I am actually sharing experiences of my journey, to inspire you, AS YOU DO FOR ME. I will share a a few experiences, in 2003 as i started to awaken in the dream, i had not found the course, so i tried this journey with the ego as my guide, it did not finish well, but Christ saved my life when he pulled me [Mind] out of my body in to the void and explained a few things. I continued on my journey with what then i called my higher self, in 2008 after the death of my mother, i hit a dark night of the soul brick wall, a few weeks later i received REVELATION, it was beautiful, but i just could not fully understand it. Well a month later i was camping with friends, and in my tent i am sleeping when I AWAKE, with that i mean my body is still sleeping eyes shut, but I Mind am looking through its closed eyes, and standing there is death, he had been speaking to my unconscious mind, and it was being TOLD to upload death in to my experience, not fully understanding at the time i had merged with Christ, a force just took over me, and as i was requested to die, my heart started thumping, darkness started to surround me, and then suddenly i just shouted NO my hand went out and hit my Light my brother has given me to light the tent, very symbolic, i then awoke in the body and sat up, still not fully understanding. It was the next day, where i intellectually knew death was an illusion, but all my friends who knew that still felt it was natural, it was only later on that day i got A BIG aha MOMENT, AND REALISED DEATH WAS A CHOICE AND I HAD JUST OVERCOME IT.
When i finally found the course, not long after, i had already experienced all that it spoke about, within and without, i knew then this would be my last time round this hamster wheel of a time loop.In the early hours of 6th january
2013, CHRIST VISION was released in to my Mind, as i accepted in my Mind as a Mind, and my experience of being a Mind, a big concrete anchor, a fraction later arose in my mind, it was crushing, but Christ instantly told me it was the last obstacle, the fear of god, in the morning i was lead to the gifts of lillies section, where basically says go not use it as a toy. I havent, i have used its strenghth against fear and guilt, that was miscreated by a very powerful MIND, its way beyond human fear and guilt, but i always remember WHO WALKS WITH ME.
tHANK YOU for this opportunity to share it with you BEAUTIFUL HOLY BROTHER, your LIGHT is SHINING so bright in your devotion to OUR FATHER AND OUR HOLY BROTHER[S], TO AWAKEN FROM THE DREAM OF fear and separation, or as CHRIST called it to me the mousetrap, i used that analogy against all temptation, even the course in miracles, which the ego has iys own version to delay, and can be very exclusive rather than INCLUSIVE, whenever i see anything beautiful here, i think how the mouse sees beauty in the chocolate in the mousetrap, only when CHRIST VISION IS FULL, will i see TRUE BEAUTY, and there will be no body or world to defile that BEAUTY.

Dear Nouk thank you for the End of Death the content is miraculous I love it so please don’t take my next comment as a negative criticism of the content my problem is in listening to it as I bought it in audio form your voice doesn’t resonate with the material it sounds flat and depressing. I find it difficult to listen for long periods of time and I was wondering if you would consider getting someone else to narrate it . Please accept this as IMO and I wonder how other listeners have found it. Apart from that its wonderful thank you again.

The reason I recorded it myself was because I didn’t have the funds to pay someone to narrate it. And this has not changed (yet). I just wanted to offer it to those who really wanted an audio version. When (LOL!) the funding manifests, I will most certainly pay someone to narrate all 3 books 🙂
